The Bowen Center free COVID-19 testing site at the Kosciusko County Fair Grounds has administered 10,256 tests, averaging 194 tests per day, since it opened on October 15, 2020. The drive-through testing site was moved from the Bowen Center Health Clinic parking lot to the Kosciusko County Fair Grounds Shrine Building located at 1400 E. Smith Street in Warsaw, IN at the end of November to accommodate.
